- 4 Boneless Skinless chicken breast thin about 1 1/4 pounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt-divided use

- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 Cup heavy cream
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts chopped coarsely
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil using a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts on both sides with 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoons.

- Return the chicken to the Pan and simmer for 2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
