I'm obsessed with good taste just as much as the McCormick! We learned a lot but my favorite is (of course) tasting we should do! The first thing we learned is the physiology of taste ... and how our bodies process flavor (plug your nose and eat jelly beans, there will be a sense of not)!!
My fave learns why in the McCormick spice has so much flavor (it was a commitment to where and how they're sourced care plus spice up they're a bottle). While we do a taste comparison of competitors ' products, a lot of black pepper (and taco seasoning) really is the most amazing difference for me!
